2. Spicy Green Ginger Smoothie

Ginger is one of the best herbs around for detox. It can definitely spice things up a bit, but combined with cinnamon, it gives you super anti-inflammatory compounds that really wake up your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 1 One inch piece of fresh, organic ginger root
  • 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Large handful of baby spinach
  • 1 Cup of pure water

Instructions:

  • Cut the ginger up into very small pieces.
  • Place everything in the blender or food processor and mix until super smooth.
  • Enjoy!
