2. Spicy Green Ginger Smoothie
Ginger is one of the best herbs around for detox. It can definitely spice things up a bit, but combined with cinnamon, it gives you super anti-inflammatory compounds that really wake up your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- 1 One inch piece of fresh, organic ginger root
- 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 Large handful of baby spinach
- 1 Cup of pure water
Instructions:
- Cut the ginger up into very small pieces.
- Place everything in the blender or food processor and mix until super smooth.
