After the patients in both groups took the second cognitive scoring test at the end of the 21 days, the group that had received coconut oil showed significantly improved scores.
It would be an exaggeration to say this is a “cure for Alzheimer’s disease,” but this is a huge breakthrough, and its welcome news for patients and their families.
