I agree with all of this except for 1 & I will add 1 to replace it. Canned tomatoes do not cause cancer. In fact the Lyposenes in them, as well as vitamin C are very good for you. Sure better to grow the tomatoes & can them (jar them actually) yourself or buy in a box (like Del Fuerte). Also, few people eat these food every single day except non organic fruit & maybe soda or artificial sweetener. 1 think I will add is Soy. Women especially should not have too much soy as it is can lead to ovarian cancer. Soy btw, unless it is raw soybeans or dried, is a very processed food. Good article but a tad misleading. & Yes, I am a licensed Nutritionist.
