If you think you have been exposed to a cold or flu, or at the very first signs of either, use this:

Day One – Mix ½ a teaspoon of baking soda in one glass of water and drink this every two hours until you have consumed 6 glasses.

Day Two – Make the same mixture and drink 4 glasses.

Day Three- Make the same mixture and drink two glasses, one in the morning and one just before bed.
