Forget the Macarena; Let’s Do the Monsanto Major Detox Diet

Do you ever feel like you are doing a kind of dance when you are buying groceries and trying to find the healthiest options for your family? You glide over to the frozen foods, skipping from case to case, looking for foods that say “organic.” Then you waltz on over to the health and beauty aisle, looking for natural soap with no added perfumes or maybe shampoo without a chemical degreaser in it, and then you foxtrot over to the cleaning section, hoping to find dish soap without perfumes, without triclosan, before you cha cha cha your way over to the produce aisle. You would think this would be a simple dance here but you need to duck and turn, trying to find out if the produce you are buying is organic or not, and whether it is a GMO ear of corn or not.

Whew! Whatever happened to normal, simple, good for you natural foods from Mother Nature? Why all the dancing and jiggling around? Food shopping should not be like doing the latest popular dance, friends.

We are going to show you how you can best detox from all those nasty Monsanto GMO foods and poisonous insecticides that are filling the food shelves.

The Monsanto Major Detox diet means that we are going to rid your body of insecticides, algaecides, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides, on top of those nasty GMOs.

GMO foods are hiding in our food supply. Of course you can try to avoid them as much as possible, but sometimes it is virtually impossible. If you eat at a restaurant, or even if you eat at a family member’s house, you really can’t start asking if this meal contains GMO foods. Well, you could, but they would certainly never invite you to their house ever again!  Even some supplements or protein powders, although they might state that they contain no GMOs, there is no oversight agency ensuring that they are telling the truth. So you could be eating these GMOs and toxins and not even know it.

So although there is no real fountain of youth and we can’t actually turn back the clock, but we can certainly slow it way, way down. By removing toxins from your body, you can keep your skin, heart, muscles, and brain in tip top shape.

Detoxing can be hard on your body and it sometimes causes side effects that make people go off their detox program because they fear it is doing them more harm than good. However, when you consider that you are removing some pretty awful toxins from your body, is it any wonder that your body has a strong reaction?  Now you can go to your local vitamin or health food store and find some fairly strong (and sometimes expensive) detoxing agents, but why do that when there are much gentler and completely natural ways to do the Monsanto Major Detox?

Are you ready? You are going to feel so much better and lighter, not to mention have tons of energy, once you get rid of all those toxins. Let’s get down and do the Monsanto Major Detox Diet!

 

1.  Probiotics and Fermented Foods

Most of your immune system lies in your stomach, so it only makes sense that you want to keep that belly full of healthy bacteria. Be certain that you are eating plenty of fermented foods including kimchi, sauerkraut, miso, kombucha, and pickles. You should also be eating lots of natural, organic yogurt and kefir to get your body plenty of those probiotics, which are vital for your digestive system. If you don’t want to consume dairy products, you can always take a high quality probiotic supplement.

 

2.  Increase Fiber

In order to eliminate toxins from your body, you need to eat a super high fiber diet. You need to eat lots and lots of raw, organic vegetables and other high fiber foods such as beans. A high fiber diet will help remove toxins from the colon and flush out those nasty GMO compounds.

 

3. Organic Sulfur

Now we want to detox the liver and perhaps one of the best ways to do this is by consuming organic sulfur. This substance is technically called methylsulfonylmethane, or MSM. Although it used to be plentiful in our fruits and vegetables, but due to our “advanced” farming methods, organic sulfur is no longer found in our food supply in sufficient amounts. 4. Pectin

Pectin is a gentle and safe way to remove contaminants from your body. Pectin is naturally found in fruit and is most commonly found in the pith, that white thin skin under the peel but on top of most citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, and oranges. Other great sources of pectin are grapes, bananas, apples, carrots, and cabbage. Pectin will encourage your body to release heavy metals and pesticides. Eating plenty of fruits that are high in pectin will gently, but thoroughly, cleanse your system of dangerous toxins and GMO’s. Eat natural fruits as those add to water type of pectin supplements found in many supermarkets contain MSG.

5.  Detoxifying Herbs

You should also start adding plenty of herbs that are well known for their detoxifying compounds. Wild burdock root is one of them. This is most commonly consumed as a tea and has powerful blood cleaning properties.  Cilantro is another tasty herb that is a gentle but very effective detoxifier, especially good at removing heavy metals. You can add plenty of fresh cilantro to your food dishes or buy fresh cilantro juice at your health food store. Cilantro is very inexpensive and has antifungal as well as antibacterial compounds.  Wheatgrass juice is another great way to remove toxins from your body. This grass has a very high nutritional profile including all 9 of the essential amino acids. Wheatgrass does an excellent job at detoxifying the body, but it is extremely powerful so start slowly, with perhaps about ½ ounce of juice each day, and then work yourself up to high quantities.

Using this Monsanto Major Detox program repeatedly over a period of time, perhaps doing it for 7 days every other month, until all symptoms have passed. If you should feel nauseous, dizzy, or have muscle aches or headaches, this should be considered normal and rest assured that it will pass shortly. If you have more severe side effects, such as vomiting, cramps, or diarrhea, cut back in quantity whatever you are using to detox.

As always, consult with your doctor before beginning any detox program, especially if you have any health condition or if you are taking any prescription medications, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
